The Legacy of Purrcatso
Born in a cluttered art studio, Purrcatso’s early works consisted of bold colors, strange shapes, and an undercurrent of sadness. As he honed his craft his later works embraced his unique style of incorporating shapes to create abstract works of art. His love of painting shined through his work in the later years. His most famous painting was The Cat Who Dreams of Fish and was said to be so moving that even the toughest alley cats shed a tear. Today, Purrcatso’s masterpieces are coveted worldwide, with collectors paying millions of kibbles for a single claw-sketched canvas. Though he is no longer with us, his influence lives on in every cat.
