King of Catopia, King Sinatra IV was born in 1501 on Planet Catopia. He had a bloody rein that had him conquering uniting the city states of Catopia. He approached the territories he wanted with purrs and promises, then attacked when they were least expecting it, biting and clawing his way to supremacy. He died in his sleep peacefully at the age 104 in 1605.
